Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Glam Labs when you use Glam AI.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glam AI app and related services (the "Service"), provided by Glam Labs, Inc. ("Glam Labs", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Glam AI provides AI-powered tools to create photos, videos, effects, and avatars from inputs you provide. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have verifiable parental consent, and at minimum 13 years old, to use the Service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- Glam AI offers an optional Glam Pro subscription and credit packs purchased through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes others' rights.
- Create misleading, deceptive, or harmful imagery of real people without their consent.
- Generate unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
7. Your content & rights
You retain ownership of the inputs you upload. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents for those inputs. You grant Glam Labs a limited license to process your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
8. Your creations
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, the outputs you generate are yours to use. Glam Pro includes a commercial-use license for content generated from inputs you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for how you use your creations.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Glam AI app, software, branding, and templates, is owned by Glam Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or technology except as needed to use the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service and all AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI results may be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glam Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Glam Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless your local law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
