1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Glam Labs, Inc. ("Glam Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Glam AI app and related services (the "Service"). By using Glam AI, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
- Content you provide. Photos, videos, prompts, and other inputs you upload or create to generate results.
- Account information. Identifiers such as your email or sign-in details where applicable.
- Purchase information. Subscription and transaction status (payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full card details).
- Usage & device data. App interactions, features used, device type, OS version, and diagnostic data to keep the Service reliable.
3. How we use your information
- To provide AI photo and video generation and deliver your results.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or safety issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How we handle your photos
Photos and videos you upload are used only to generate the results you request. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train publicly released generative models. Processing may occur on secure cloud infrastructure operated by us or our trusted providers.
5. How we share information
- Service providers. Vetted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal reasons. Where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention & deletion
We retain content and account data only as long as needed to provide the Service and your creations, or as required by law. You can delete individual creations or your entire account from within the app, which removes the associated data from our active systems.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on your region (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@glamlabs.app.
9. Children's privacy
Glam AI is not directed to children under the age required by your jurisdiction (at least 13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notice.
